Do you offer 24 7 WordPress support?
Our support hours are 4am – 1pm (GMT+0), Monday to Friday. You can still submit a maintenance
ticket during off-hours and we will get to it as soon as possible.
What do you need to start the maintenance service?
Once you have selected and purchased your plan, your dedicated project manager will get in touch
– usually within 24 hours. Your manager will request the access we need to get your job done and
will set up the relevant maintenance services – such as security monitoring, performance
analysis, and backups. Your credentials will be stored securely and will not be shared with any
third parties.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my maintenance plan?
Yes, you can choose to upgrade or downgrade your plan, and the changes will come into effect
from the next payment period. If you wish to upgrade or downgrade an annual maintenance and
support plan part way through your subscription, you will be charged for the used periods at the
old plan rate and the remaining months at the new plan rate.
What if my task takes more than the available development hours in my plan?
For each task, we will estimate the number of hours needed and will wait for your approval
before getting started. If the estimated task requires more hours than available in your
selected plan, you can buy these extra development hours separately at $30/hour.
The available development hours in your WordPress maintenance plan do not transfer over from one
month to the next, but any additional development hours that you have bought will transfer over
and you can use them at any time within the year.
What about custom developments on my website?
Yes, we offer WordPress theme and plugin customizations and we pride ourselves on our extensive
experience in this field. If the custom work takes longer than the available hours in your
maintenance plan, we can do this work as a separate project.
We will discuss the details of your project and draw up technical documentation. Then we send
you an accurate time and cost estimate. Once you give the green light, we’ll get down to work!
Can I use one plan on several websites?
Your WordPress maintenance plan is specific to one website. If you have additional websites you
will need to purchase a separate plan for each so that we can assign a dedicated developer and
the appropriate services and support.
Can you guarantee that my website will have good ratings on Google PageSpeed or GTmetrix?
Our services aim to optimize your website’s speed and achieve high ratings on Google PageSpeed
and GTmetrix but we cannot 100% guarantee high ratings as there are many other factors that are
also taken into account.
Is it possible to cancel my subscription and ask for a refund?
Yes, your subscription plan can be cancelled if your needs or circumstances change.
As our maintenance services come into effect from day one, we are not able to offer a refund on
these. If you cancel an annual subscription plan, you will be charged only for the periods you
used at the full rate. The remaining amount will be refunded to you.
My website has been hacked. Can you fix it?
Yes, we can fix your website and get it back up and running at full performance. Hacking attacks
vary in scope and fallout, so we will first assess the scale of the work and present a time and
cost estimate for your approval.
If my website crashes after updates, is it an extra cost to fix them?
All of our updates will be made on the staging website so that you can check and approve before
we make changes to your main website.
If any features do happen to break down as a result of the updates, we will restore the latest
backup of your website so that it is accessible and works without errors. We will then do our
best to fix the issue, using the available development hours in your maintenance and support
plan. If the estimated task requires more development hours than available in your plan, you can
purchase these extra hours at $30/hour.
